Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of The Con Docket scheduler (the "App"), an internal publishing tool operated by
The Con Docket ("we", "us") at postiz.autoscala.org.
1. What the App does
The App uploads and schedules videos and captions created by The Con Docket to the channel's own accounts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, and reports whether each post was published. It does not post to, read from or interact with anyone else's account.
2. Who may use it
The App is for our own use only. Registration is closed and access is limited to the account holder of The Con Docket. No account, service or content is offered to the public through it.
3. Platform rules
Everything published through the App must follow the terms, community guidelines and policies of the platform it is published to, including the YouTube Terms of Service (the App uses YouTube API Services, and using it with YouTube means agreeing to them), Instagram's Terms of Use, and TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms. Content is published only with the consent of the account it is published to, and the account holder chooses each post's visibility and interaction settings.
4. Content
We publish only content we created or have the right to use, with the licences recorded for any music or third-party material. The App does not claim any rights in the content it publishes. Platform data the App receives is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
The App is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Scheduled posts depend on the App's host and on each platform being available, so a post may be delayed or fail.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App or from a post being delayed, changed or not published.
7. Ending access
Access to a platform can be ended at any time by disconnecting the account in the App or revoking it in the platform's settings. We may stop operating the App at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
